Isn’t life in Chicago good this time of year? The sun is out, the beach is open, and fresh seasonal flavors are everywhere. Chef Cason wanted to honor the fresh flavors and it shows in our newest burger of the week. We make a ground chicken patty infused with Jerk spices and grill it and the marks make you think of your favorite bbq, Chef made a grilled scallion spread that is smeared on a toasted brioche bun and is dressed with matchstick Apple, red onion, and spring mix.
