This burger of the week isn’t complicated, but it is full of the great flavors we expect at Etno Village Grill. Special thanks to Q7 Ranch, who provides the best grass fed beef in the land and the half pound foundation of our burgers. We cook applewood smoked bacon and give it some crunch, toast your bun with butter and top the bun with cole slaw and apricot bbq sauce. When the burger is nearing its perfect, juicy, pink medium, we top it with sauteed onions, the bacon, and melt cheddar cheese to hold it all together. You don’t need to be adventurous to love this burger, you just have to satisfy your Etno craving. Come in and get it while you still can!
