This blogger is surely one of the few people who looks forward to work on Mondays. That is thanks to our burger of the week at Etno created by Chef Cason. We make a test burger early in the day and I am one of the lucky few who gets to see the burger as a work in progress turn into taste bud mana. This week seems fairly straightforward, grass fed Q7 beef, bacon, horseradish cheddar, carmelized onions, and mayonnaise, but the treat is the apricot-mustard glaze that was reduced with various herbs and onions. The flavor is incredible, reminiscent of a sweet mustard bbq sauce. Treat yourself at Etno Village Grill with this burger of the week!
